வங்கி வைப்புத்தொகை மற்றும் விளம்பர பரிவர்த்தனைகளின் சட்டரீதியான துல்லியத்தன்மையை உறுதிப்படுத்த இந்த ஆவணம் ஆங்கிலத்தில் வழங்கப்படுகிறது.

1.Nature of Digital Promotional Services

Propco.lk provides digital advertising services designed to enhance the visibility and exposure of property advertisements across Sri Lanka. These promotional services include Top Ads, Daily Bump Ups, Urgent Badges, and Featured Homepage Carousels (collectively referred to as "Boosts").

Because promotional boosts are intangible, immediate digital advertising impressions, they are considered fully delivered and rendered upon activation on the live website.

2.Bank Transfer & Slip Upload Verification SLA

For payments settled via manual Bank Deposit or Online Interbank Transfer (CEFT / SLIPS / JustPay):

Verification Turnaround Schedule:

Operating Hours: Our accounts and verification desk operates from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday (excluding statutory bank holidays).
Processing Time: Bank transfer verification and boost activation normally takes between 1 to 4 business hours following the upload of a legible deposit slip or digital transfer screenshot.
After-Hours Submissions: Receipts uploaded after 6:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public mercantile holidays will be processed and activated promptly on the subsequent business morning.
Reference Matching: Advertisers must write their Property Listing ID or Mobile Number on the deposit slip or transaction remarks. Missing references may cause delays in manual reconciliation.

3.Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds or replacement ad credits are approved exclusively under the following verified conditions:

Ad Rejected Before Boost ActivationIf an advertisement is rejected by our moderation team before the paid boost is activated, you will receive a 100% full refund to your originating bank account, or the option to apply 100% of the funds to another listing.

Accidental Duplicate DepositIf an advertiser accidentally transfers an amount twice for the same single boost, the excess payment will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days following statement verification.

4.Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are strictly NOT issued in the following cases:

Strict Exclusions:

Active Live Boosts: Once a boost has been verified and rendered active on the live website, the digital advertising service has been delivered and cannot be refunded.
Early Sale or Rental: If your property is marked SOLD or RENTED, or unpublished by you prior to the expiration of the boost period (e.g. rented on Day 3 of a 14-day boost), unused days are forfeited with no pro-rata cash refunds.
Fraudulent / Photoshopped Slips: Any submission containing altered, forged, or counterfeit bank deposit slips results in immediate cancellation without refund, permanent blacklisting, and criminal referral.
Unsubstantiated Performance Claims: Propco.lk guarantees prioritized visibility and search exposure, but does not warrant specific inquiry numbers or transaction speed.

5.How to Request a Refund

If your request satisfies the eligible criteria above, please contact our accounts team within 48 hours of the deposit:

Please provide the following details:

Property Listing ID or Registered Seller Mobile Number
Original photograph or screenshot of the bank deposit receipt
Beneficiary Bank Name, Branch, Account Holder Name, and Account Number for refund transfer
